What if I am experiencing temporary payment difficulties?

Can services be temporarily suspended?

That is an option. Contact us and together we can determine which services you can do without for the time being. In your Customer Zone you can also suspend cards that are not in use. We can also formulate a customised solution if certain subsidiaries are using less data.

Is it possible to adjust my payments?

We are aware it can be difficult to meet your payment obligations when there are less funds coming in. If this is the case for you, we will be happy to make alternative arrangements.
