On s’assure que rien n’entrave celles qui veulent avancer. Que les barrières tombent, que les exemples se multiplient, que les ambitions ne soient plus bridées par des stéréotypes d’un autre temps. Et pour se projeter, il faut des modèles. Pour oser, il faut voir que c’est possible. Chez Orange, nous avons dépassé un cap symbolique : 25 % des postes dans la Tech sont occupés par des femmes.
