Do you have a Fix Corporate rate plan? Then you can apply for your own 0800 number.

As the owner of the number you are charged for every call to the number.

• unanswered calls are not charged
• calls are charged per minute and VAT excl.
• peak hours: from Monday through Friday between 8 am and 6 pm
• off-peak hours: all the other moments of the day and bank holidays.

You have a choice of 4 bundles: Standard, Enhanced, Prime and Customized. As of the ‘Enhanced’ bundle multiple services are available for the chosen numbers. This does not require a PRA.
