As an employee, you can activate a number of options via the My Orange app and the Customer Zone.

  • Roaming Pass
  • the Surf Top-ups
  • Travel Data Control (change the amount)

 

You are the manager of a business type telecom contract (Shape, Shape Corporate, Shape&Fix)

As a telecom contract manager, you can activate top-ups in your Customer Zone. To do so, go to a number and choose the desired top-up.
