Cancelling can be done in the following ways:

• by telephone (in exceptional cases):
  • Shape Surf Extra Card
  • Duo
  • in case of a death
  • if you wish to cancel less than 20% of your fleet
• by letter (no need to send a registered letter)
• Via the contact form

Attention: if you wish to transfer a number to a different operator, the request must be submitted to the other operator.
