My employee wishes to keep his number
In this case, the number can be transferred to a different company or to a residential subscription:
- Your employee wishes to transfer his number to his new employer. In this case, it is the fleet manager of his new employer who must take the necessary steps.
- Your employee wishes to keep his number as a residential customer. In this case, go to the Customer Zone to transfer the number to prepaid. Your employee may then choose the subscription that he wants via the site for residential customers. To do this, go to the detailed view of the number, click on the “ON” button, then choose “Transfer the number to prepaid”. The request will be processed within two working days.
I want to keep the number while waiting to assign it to another employee
You can temporarily suspend the number via the Customer Zone by clicking on the “ON” button. Give the SIM card to the new employee when he enters service and request the reactivation via the Customer Zone by clicking on the “OFF” button.
I want to transfer the number to another employee
- If the number uses Invoice Split: please contact Customer Service at 5995 to report the change of employee.
- If the number does not have Invoice Split: in this case, the card is in the name of the company and not in the name of a user. If there is a period between the departure of the first employee and the arrival of the new one, you can temporarily suspend the card via the Customer Zone by clicking on the “ON” button. Give the SIM card to the new employee when he enters service and request the reactivation of the card via the Customer Zone by clicking on the “OFF” button.
