I've paid my bill but I've received a reminder anyway. What should I do?

There are two explanations for you receiving this reminder.

  • The payment and our reminder crossed over each other. Compare the date on the reminder and the payment date, and remember the time needed to process a payment.
  • Have you paid in good time but still received a reminder? Check the account number and VCS status of your payment on your statement. The exact payment details appear on your bill in your Customer Zone. You will then be able to check to see whether Orange has received your payment correctly. If not, call customer services on 5995 from your mobile. Keep your statement to hand!
