We recommend that you first turn off and turn on again your mobile phone, which will often solve this type of problem.
If this doesn’t work, we recommend that you try your SIM card in another mobile phone. This way, you will be able to determine whether the problem lies with your SIM card or with your phone:
- Does your SIM card work in another mobile phone? Maybe there’s a problem with your mobile phone and you should have it repaired.
- Your SIM card doesn’t work in another mobile phone? Either your SIM card is defective, or it’s a network problem. Contact our customer service to find a solution.
You encounter the problem only when you call a specific number? Then your correspondent might well have a problem receiving calls.
