Hulp & Support Will I be notified when my data allowance is used up while I’m abroad?
Thanks to Travel Data Control you are notified free of charge via text message when 80% of your allowance (outside the EU) has been used up. Your data connection is blocked as soon as 100% of your allowance has been used up.
To keep browsing Orange offers a number of additional options:
- Travel Pass
- Best Destinations Surf
- Best Destinations Connect
- World Surf
- World Connect
Note: The bundle remains active until it is used up completely. Furthermore, it is valid for up to 15 days from the date of activation for the Travel Pass and 40 days from the date of activation for the “Best Destinations” and “World” passes. The bundle is deactivated after this period, even if it is not used up completely. Several different or identical roaming bundles can be combined at the same time.
When the same Pass is reactivated the new volume will be added to any remaining volume. The full volume will then once again be valid for a maximum of 15 or 40 days depending on the pass. If there is a difference in volume the biggest volume is used up first. This option can only be combined with Orange Mobile rate plans.
Out of bundle usage
Daily Travel
Enjoy 1GB of mobile data for €3.30 per day (excluding VAT). This offer is valid in the TOP50 countries and is automatically activated when you use data in the relevant countries. Activate this option for free via MyOrange or in your Customer Zone.

Pay per use
You can opt for Pay Per Use by disabling the Daily Travel option:
- In the EU zone: the national price for out of bundle usage
- In the Best Destinations zone: €4.96/MB
- In the Rest of the World zone: €11.57/MB
