How to use Call Filter

You don’t want to be disturbed but you want to know when you receive a phone call? Call Filter transfers all your calls to your Voice Mail, even abroad.

To know if the Call Filter service is activated on a number, go to your customer zone > Your fleet management > Overview of your fleet and select the number on which you would like to see if the service is activated.

You can activate the Call Filter service via your Customer Zone or by calling the customer service at 5995.

  • To transfer your calls to your Voice Mail: dial **21*5555# and press "send".
  • To cancel the transfer of your calls to your Voice Mail: dial ##21# and press "send".
