Promo conditions
All new subscribers purchasing between 01/11/2026 and 30/11/2026 via Telesales, will benefit from:
- The Convergent discount or lifetime benefit is a monthly discount of €2/month for a Connected Mobile Small subscription, €4/month for a Connected Mobile Light subscription, €4/month for a Connected Mobile Plus subscription, €5/month for a Connected Mobile Intense subscription, €5/month for a Connected Mobile Extreme subscription and €5/month for a Connected Mobile Traveller subscription concluded in combination with a Connected Internet subscription, during the first 24 months of the contract.
- The Business Promotion is a monthly discount of €4/month for any new online Mobile Connected Plus subscription, €5/month for any new online Mobile Connected Intense subscription and €5/month for any new online Mobile Connected Extreme subscription during the first 3 months of the contract.
- The Business Promotion is a monthly discount of €56/month for any new online Connected Internet line subscription during the first 2 months of the contract. If you also take a mobile subscription, you will receive an additional convergent discount of €7 per Connected Internet line, and you will not pay for your internet line for 2 months. If you change your Connected Internet line within the first 24 months of your contract, the discount will be discontinued. This promotion can only be applied once per internet line.
- The option Connected Internet Boost (Giga speed) (download up to 1 GBPS and upload up to 50Mbps) is an option to Connected Internet that costs 10€. You get a 10€ discount during the first 24 months of the contract, for any new Connected Internet subscription between 1/11/2026 and 30/11/2026 for 24 months with the option Connected Internet Boost (Giga speed).
- Installation cost €399 (exl. VAT) per location with a contract Connected Internet of 12 months, free installation with a contract of at least 24 months.
- All mentioned prices and discounts are VAT excluded.
- Cyber Protection: You pay €16 excluding VAT for 3 user licenses for the service “Cyber Protection”. If you want this service for a different number of devices, see the rates here. The contract for the service Cyber Protection is concluded for a fixed period of 12 months from the purchase of the first user license. This period also applies to additional user licenses ordered later. After this initial period, the contract is automatically renewed monthly unless the customer terminates it via the designated dashboard. In case of early termination within the first 12 months, the monthly costs for all user licenses will be billed pro-rata for the remaining months until the end of this period. After the first 12 months, the customer can cancel the cyber security contract at any time, on a monthly basis, free of charge. There is no purchase obligation for Cyber Protection to benefit from discounts on mobile and internet. You can also purchase Cyber Protection separately.
