Most growing companies save time through increased efficiency, improved customer service and easier management. They consider these to be the major benefits of digitalisation. But it also brings challenges. Companies see lack of qualified people, limited budgets and lack of time as the biggest stumbling blocks. Yet these obstacles don’t get in the way of their ambitions. Part of the digital story is that more is possible with less internal expertise and a smaller budget – so digitalisation is essential if companies are to keep on growing in the longer term
