Boarding Concept, loyal Orange customer

Boarding Concept was founded in 2001 by Michel Darchambeau, who is now the general manager. At first, Boarding Concept printed business cards for self-employed professionals and companies. The entire ordering process took place online. Each customer’s user name and password were stored on the website so they could easily make adjustments with subsequent orders. Boarding Concept then expanded its offering with letterheads and envelopes. Over the years the range of services has continued to grow and the company now offers customers multiple printing options, on different materials and in a variety of formats.

Loyal partnership

Initially, Darchambeau had a mobile with a prepaid card and a “magic phone number that ended in 82.82.82”, he recalls. Ever since then, Boarding Concept has relied on Orange as its operator. Its activities have expanded in the meantime and a number of staff have joined over the years, especially in the commercial teams.
