You have recently logged a ticket via our Service Desk. If you do not yet have a Care Contract or if the actions are not covered by the terms of your Care Contract, the following rates* apply (from 01.01.2023).
- Working hours:
- Standard work: €115 / hour.
- IT Engineers: €125 / hour.
- IT Senior Experts: €135 / hour.
- For customers without a Care Contract, a set-up fee of € 100 will be charged.
- Travel costs in Belgium: one-off cost of €115.
- Travel costs outside Belgium: on request.
*The minimum invoice amount is €57,50.
