Missed call? Call 5555 from your mobile.
Are you calling from a different mobile? No problem:
- Are you in Belgium? Then call 0495 95 55 50.
- Are you calling from a mobile abroad? Call +32 495 95 55 50.
- Are you calling from a landline abroad? Replace the + with the international access code (usually that’s 00).
Pro Voice Mail
With Pro Voice Mail you can receive even longer messages and save them for longer as well. You can even record a longer greeting.

Visual Voice Mail
Visual Voice Mail makes it even easier to listen to your voicemail messages on your iPhone and Android.
- You no longer need to call your Voice Mail to listen to your messages. Recorded messages are sent directly to your device as sound recordings.
- Choose which message you want to listen to by selecting it from the list.
- Listen to your messages at your own pace using advanced functionalities such as rewind, pause and fast forward.
- Possibility to record your own greeting on your phone.
- The name and number of the caller who left a message is displayed.
- Add a contact to your contact list.
- Store voicemail messages in your phone’s memory or on a memory card.
To activate Visual Voice Mail call #129# and select option 1 (activation of Visual Voice Mail will be confirmed via text message).
To deactivate Visual Voice Mail call #129# and select option 2.
Visual Voice Mail is compatible with all iPhones as of iOS 7.0 or Android 8.1.
