You can request the repair of a device via Easy Repair in the Customer Zone:

How does the repair process function?

 

1. Submit your request online.

2. A transport service picks up your device at the address you indicate and offers you a replacement device.

3. There are two options:

  • the defect is covered by the warranty; your device will be repaired and delivered free of charge.
  • the defect is not covered by the warranty; you will first receive an estimate. You can accept it or get your device back as is. If you accept the estimate, your device will be repaired. If you refuse, an administrative fee of 30 euros will be invoiced to you (including return costs).
