You can contact our customer service from Monday through Friday between 8 am and 7 pm at our toll-free number 0800 95 962.

Do you only have a mobile Orange subscription?

Contact our customer service a few days before the actual move in order to adjust your billing info. You can also enter the new address in the Customer Zone.

Do you have an Orange subscription for mobile and fixed telephony?

  • Contact our customer service a few days before the actual move in order to adjust your billing info.
  • For your landlines via CPS (Carrier Pre-Selection) you need to contact Proximus. Once Proximus has moved your landlines you can re-add them in the Customer Zone to have them billed via Orange again.

Do you have one of our packs (One Office Fix Pack or One Office Full Pack)?

Please contact our customer service 10 weeks before the actual moving date.
