To check your invoices you can simply go to your Customer Zone and check under the ‘My invoices’ tab. You will find an overview of your 18 most recent payments and invoices.
If you have an outstanding balance you will also find the payment details there. You can also go over the invoices in detail and if necessary you can download them in an Excel or PDF format.
Web invoice
The web invoice is a digital version of your invoice. It has the same legal value and contains an electronic signature. You receive your invoice via email and it is also available in your Customer Zone.
You are notified by email or text message as soon as your invoice is available. For practical and ecological reasons the web invoice is activated automatically.
