Travel without a care inside and outside the EU thanks to our roaming options

Checking directions to a customer’s premises, replying to an urgent email, sending a quote: in Belgium, you can do all these tasks from virtually anywhere. On a business trip, however, things are different. Changing roaming rates, fine print and the fear of a hefty bill can quickly make mobile data abroad a source of stress for entrepreneurs.

For short stays outside the EU, where flexibility is essential, we’ve added a new roaming option to our portfolio: Daily Travel.

New: Daily Travel for short trips outside the EU

Whether it’s a trade fair in Las Vegas, a client in Zurich or a supplier in Shanghai: for many SMEs, business doesn’t stop at the borders of the EU. Daily Travel means their connectivity doesn’t have to stop either.

The benefits of our new roaming option at a glance:

• Automatically activated on arrival
  When Daily Travel is activated on your subscription, there’s no need to change your SIM card or adjust your settings. Simply switch on your device and you’re connected.
• No usage = no charge
  Daily Travel costs €3.30 per day of use (excluding VAT). If you don’t use mobile data abroad, you pay nothing.
• 1 GB of mobile data per day
  More than enough for emails, calls or a video meeting. Additional usage costs €0.0033 per extra MB (excluding VAT), exactly the same rate as within the included allowance.
  For example, if you use 1.3 GB in a single day, you will pay €3.30 plus €0.99 (€0.0033 × 300 MB), for a total of €4.29 (excluding VAT).
• Available in 50 top destinations
  From Canada and China to the United States and Switzerland, Daily Travel is available in 50 popular destinations worldwide.

An additional advantage: Daily Travel is automatically activated for new customers. Existing customers can activate the option through the My Orange app or their online customer zone. After that, everyone in your company can travel with confidence.

  Do you regularly travel to or through Switzerland? For €1 per month per subscription, you get 5 GB of data and 120 minutes/text messages between Belgium and Switzerland.
• Travel Pass
  Need a little more flexibility during a short trip? For €24.79, you get 7 GB of data and 120 minutes/text messages, valid for 15 days in our top 50 countries, including Morocco, Brazil and the United Arab Emirates.
