Order your new SIM card in just a few mouse clicks under the ‘Device’ tab in your Customer Zone and it will arrive in the post within two working days. You can also activate the new SIM card online in your Customer Zone. This service is entirely free of charge.
- As an end-user or residential customer, you can also apply for a new multi-format SIM card at one of our Orange shops. The card is activated in just a few hours so you can get your device up and running in no time.
