Fixed Phone is only available for Shape & Fix Basic customers (combination of mobile + internet + TV by Orange) with a fixed line. We only deliver the service, without the fixed device as such.
There are two options:
- You already have a Shape & Fix Basic subscription: The adapter and the installation guide are sent by regular mail. Installation of the service is very simple. Would you prefer a technician visit you at your home? The installation of the adapter costs €59. The technician will also check if the line works correctly.
- You don’t have a subscription yet: One of our installers will install the various devices at your home, including the adapter for the Fixed Phone option. He will also check if the line works correctly.
Can I subscribe to the Fixed Phone option without taking out a cable subscription?
No, Fixed Phone is an option of Shape & Fix basic. You have to subscribe to cable by Shape & Fix Basic to be able to activate this option.
