What do I have to do in case of a move?

Relocation Shape & Fix Basic (on cable technology)

1. Connection

Check whether your new building has a coax connection (TV connection) and is properly connected to a distribution point. If this is not the case the Orange technician will connect your building free of charge (provided the connection is < 20 metres and is situated on private property).

2. Notification of relocation

If your new building is connected with the cable network please contact our customer service 4 to 6 weeks before the actual moving date.

3. Confirm relocation request

We will contact you within 1 working day to set an appointment. Our Orange technician will come round to your new address for the installation.

4. Installation

Half an hour before the arrival of the technician you will receive a text message. The Orange technician will connect your modem, TV decoder(s) and your landline so you can benefit from our services again in no time!

Important: the old site is not disconnected before the new one is delivered, both actions are coordinated. Contact us at 5995 as soon as you have moved into your new address. We will deactivate the fixed services at your old address and you send back the equipment free of charge.

Notify us of your relocation via your Customer Zone or contact our staff at our free 5995 number. For all other products contact your account manager or call us at our free 5995 number.
