Why do I have an out of bundle volume?

Your out of bundle usage is the amount charged on top of your subscription costs for:

  • Calls, SMS/MMS messages or internet connections not included in your subscription or data allowance. For instance: calls to special numbers such as 1207, 0900, text messages to abbreviated numbers, etc.
  • Exceeding the limits of your monthly subscription. For instance: you have 2 hours of call credit to all networks but your actual call time amounts to 2 h 30 min.

In the My Orange app this amount is listed under ‘out of bundle’.

 

Is my usage updated instantly in the My Orange app and the Customer Zone?

No. The time it takes to update your usage depends on the type of usage:

  • National calls and text messages are visible after a few hours.
  • Usage of data volume is visible immediately.
  • Abroad it can take up to 48 hours to update your usage.
  • For multimedia purchases (e.g. Google Play) this can take up to several days.

Attention: if your invoice includes multiple numbers the app only displays the usage of the telephone number used to open the app. Go to your Customer Zone for a full overview of all numbers. The displayed data are for information purposes only and do not replace your invoice.
