090x & 070 premium services
If you take part in the occasional game on TV or in a magazine, or if you contact a paying helpdesk, this usually means you are calling an 090x or 070 premium number. These paying services are offered by external service providers or premium partners. These external service providers or premium partners offer a broad range of paying services and they themselves determine how much they charge for the use of these services. Orange charges the customer for these services solely on behalf and for the account of the service provider or premium partner.
What do these services cost?
The maximum rates the service providers can charge for the use of 090x and 070 premium numbers have been laid down in the Royal Decree of 27 April 2007. Depending on the number you are charged on a per call or per minute basis.

A free rate message informs the caller of the maximum rate for calls to an 070 number and for calls to an 090x number if the rate for the call is higher than €1 per call or €1 per minute. Immediately after the message the communication can be terminated free of charge. Calls to 090x numbers with a per-minute rate are automatically interrupted after 10 minutes.
