Surfing volume
En Belgium and in European Union (EU)
For Data Everywhere Light and Intense subscriptions, once the monthly data volume is exhausted, the internet connection is blocked. You can remove the block via the Customer Zone; the use outside bundle will then be invoiced at 0.0826€ per MB.
For Data Everywhere Extreme subscriptions, once the monthly data volume is exhausted, the connection speed is reduced to 512 kbps.
Notifications
Unused data are not carried forward to the following month. You will receive a notification by SMS when you have used 80% and 100% of the surfing volume of your subscription.
International and roaming
The 3000 minutes or text messages included in Connected Mobile Traveller are valid from the EU (Belgium included) to the Best Destinations, from the Best Destinations to the EU (Belgium included), or within the Best Destinations zone
The 3 GB included in Connected Mobile Traveller are valid in the Best Destinations zone
The Best Destinations zone includes the following countries: South Africa, Australia, Canada, China, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, United States, Russian Federation, Hong Kong, Cape Verde, India, Indonesia, Israel, Palestine, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, Switzerland, Thailand, Tunisia and Turkey.
