  1. If MyOrange can still be used on the damaged device, it’s pretty easy to do. A new QR Code can be generated from the broken device by tapping “Manage my account”. This QR Code shall then be scanned by the new device.
  2. If MyOrange cannot be opened anymore or the device has been stolen, employee should take contact with his/her Fleet Manager who will provide a new QR Code using the Customer Zone. The QR Code will be sent by email in PDF format to the end user.
