Travel Data Control keeps your mobile internet costs in check when you’re abroad.
Benefits:
- You are notified free of charge when 80% of your allowance (outside the EU) has been used up.
- Your data connection is blocked as soon as 100% of your allowance has been used up.
- Either you decide to stop browsing, in which case you have to wait until the next billing period to browse again;
- Or you raise the limit for your current invoice and your internet connection is automatically restored.
Travel Data Control is a free service that is activated for all Orange customers with a standard spending limit of €50 per month VAT excl.
You can adjust your spending limit permanently or you can temporarily set a different limit when your initial limit has been exceeded. In this case your initial limit will apply again from the start of your next billing period.
How do you adjust your spending limit? Via the My Orange application if you have a Shape formula, in your Customer Zone or by calling Orange at 5995 (from Belgium) or +32 2 745 94 97 (abroad).
