  • If you are traveling to one of the TOP50 countries, check if the Daily Travel option is enabled (via MyOrange or your Customer Zone) to benefit from the best rates and keep your out-of-plan costs under control.
  • Consult our roaming options and passes via MyOrange or your Customer Zone and activate the one that best suits your needs and destination. If you cannot activate the option yourself, ask your Fleet Manager to activate it for you in the Customer Zone.
  • Check if your roaming option is activated.
  • Check if your MMS option is activated.
  • Check if all numbers in your phone book have a country code (for Belgium this is +32 or 0032).
  • Check if you can charge your mobile abroad.
