Our mobile and internet offer for companies is evolving.
Since 22 April 2024, we have changed our mobile and internet offer for companies. This evolution has been made possible by listening to you. Our new offer therefore consists of products and services that are even better tailored to your current needs. Some of our articles and videos refer to our previous tariffs. These subscriptions are no longer available for new business contracts from 22 April 2024. You can keep your current subscription or visit our new offer page for more information.
At Orange we attach great importance to helping our customers grow, which is why we assist them in any way we can. Customer care is not a hollow phrase but an all-round service we like to offer our customers.
Team of experts
To offer our customers optimum assistance in their growth, we give every customer access to a Business Experts Team. This team consists of several people. The customer service employee takes care of the day-to-day management of your mobile fleet. The account manager responds to commercial queries and the service manager is responsible for the customer experience as well as continuous monitoring and reporting. The team also includes a customer project leader who coordinates all activities for customers, as well as a presales solution advisor who proactively informs customers of new solutions and products.
The team’s experts work together closely. The customer has a fixed point of contact, which channels every question to the right expert. Based on this all-round approach we build long-term relationships, as partners.
Online and offline
Naturally our customers can always consult the Customer Zone. This practical online platform allows them to take care of a variety of administrative tasks themselves: a large number of functions including activating, adjusting or cancelling subscriptions, requesting SIM cards or telephone numbers, monitoring invoices...
However, this doesn’t mean customers can’t call on our customer service for questions regarding the administration of their company’s mobile devices. On the contrary: our staff are always at your service. This is the most convenient way to contact them:
