Fixed Mobile Unification (FMU) allows you to make fixed and mobile calls with an IP PBX. Here is an outline of all the steps in the process:

1. Kick-off meeting
   In this first step, our experts will listen carefully to your wishes, so they can translate them into an appropriate solution. We will then work together with you to determine the scope, configuration requirements and plan with all the milestones and completion dates. The plan will obviously depend on the setup and configuration requirements.

2. IP VPN and configuration
   To start the configuration, you will first need an IP VPN connection. This allows a secure connection between your company with all its communication flows — voice and data — and the applications. That connection also serves as a foundation to set up the Fixed Mobile Unification services. As soon as this is done, we will fine-tune the configuration based on the arrangements made at the kick-off meeting.

3. Confirmation and activation
   Before we activate FMU and go live, we will test all the settings based on practical user scenarios. You can still make the necessary adjustments at that time. You will also receive a test report for all the settings to ensure that everything has been thoroughly tested in your own infrastructure. We will also provide practical training for your IT Manager, so that all expertise will remain within your company. After the activation, we will transfer a few accounts so that you can also run some practical tests yourself.

4. Launch and transfer
   During this last stage, FMU is launched, and you can immediately enjoy all the benefits this integrated solution offers. You will notice immediately that you will have more time to focus on your business and that it is easier to really disconnect from time to time. Your telecommunications and availability are now handled automatically.

5. Support
   You can always continue to call on our Business Experts and after-sales services. If you want to delete existing accounts or add new users, you can make use of an automated process. Of course, we will always keep the IT manager informed of any configuration adjustments.
