Moreover, in the Customer Zone you can personally adjust the tariff plans of your staff. There’s no need to contact your account manager (but of course you’re always welcome to do so, they will be happy to assist you in any way possible). For example, you can upgrade a staff member to Shape Intense or Shape Traveller because these formulas include unlimited mobile data traffic. A single mouse click is all it takes to give them a pleasant surprise.
In the Customer Zone you have an overview of your invoices. So, you can check consumption by type (national, international, roaming, in excess of a bundle) anytime, anywhere, even abroad.
Both you and your staff can monitor consumption via the My Orange app. It also covers staff members with split invoicing. The app tells them what portion of the bill they have to pay themselves and how much the company contributes. Anyone who does not have an unlimited tariff plan or who does business outside the EU can monitor their consumption with Travel Data Control when they’re abroad. This way, responsibility is shared.
