You are an employee of a company and pay a part of your invoice

If you are an employee, you can consult and pay your invoices online

 

You are the manager of a business type telecom contract

(Shape, Shape Corporate, Shape&Fix, etc.)

The purpose of the Customer Zone is to make the management of your fleet more accessible and to give you a better overview of your numbers

The various possibilities:

Devices

  • Order devices and virgin SIM cards
  • Repair a device

 

Manage your mobile fleet

  • Activate a new number
  • Suspend, reactivate a number
  • Renew a SIM card (in case of loss or malfunction)
  • Activate or deactivate options of a number
  • Access Mobiline if you are a Mobiline customer
  • Modify the Invoice Split profile of a number (if you are an Invoice Split customer)

 

Analysis of invoices and consumption

  • Consult your last 18 invoices as well as the payment status
  •  As an option, analyse your invoices and your consumption (Business Zone)
  • Request duplicates of older invoices
