How do I create a new Customer Zone?

You are an employee of a company and pay a part of your invoice

Your Customer Zone will permit you to access your invoices, to pay them online, and to modify your options.

To access it, please go to the registration page. Enter your mobile phone number and you will receive a code by SMS to validate your registration.

Attention: if your company pays your entire invoice, you do not have access to the Customer Zone.

 

You are the manager of a business type telecom contract (Shape, Shape Corporate, Shape&Fix, etc.)

Your Customer Zone will permit you to access your invoices, to manage the numbers of your contract (suspension, reactivation, modification of option or Shape formula, etc.), to activate new cards, to order devices, etc.

To access it, please go to the registration page and complete the form.

  1. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your e-mail address.
    In certain cases, you will have to verify and validate your invoice in order to complete the registration process.
  2. After the creation of your account, you can connect online.

 

If you don´t have an invoice available and you cannot finalise your registration, you can contact Customer Service at 5995.

 

You are the manager of an “animal” type telecom contract (Panther, Dolphin, Koala, etc.) or you are a residential customer

Your Customer Zone will permit you to access your invoices, to pay them online, and to modify your options and view your consumption.

To access it, please go to the registration page. You will have to enter your mobile phone number and you will receive a code by SMS to validate your registration
