Use Call Transfer to turn your mobile* into a genuine telephone exchange and put your correspondents through to any landline or mobile number in Belgium.

What do these services cost?

Call Transfer is a free service. There are no activation costs or monthly costs. With a Call Transfer two calls are made and both calls are charged to the initial caller according to his rate plan. Depending on the type of transfer the duration a transferred call may be charged to you.

How do I use Call Transfer?

• You receive a call that has to be transferred to one of your colleagues.
• Put your correspondent on hold.
• Use the Second Call function to call your colleague.
• Select ‘Transfer’ from the ‘Options’ menu.

The call is transferred to your colleague. You can now be reached on your mobile again.
