Can I get my smartphone fixed?

Our partner ACEAN-SBE repairs your devices within the shortest possible time so you are available again for your customers and colleagues as soon as possible.

What services does our partner ACEAN-SBE offer?

  • Free repairs of your defective devices that are still under warranty
  • Drawing up quotations in advance if the warranty has expired or if the defect is not included in the manufacturer’s general warranty conditions. You prefer not to have your device repaired? Then you can have it returned in exchange for €30 (VAT excl.).

What is the actual procedure for repairs?

You only need a single form to get your device repaired.

  1. Per defective device you must fill out a form on the ACEAN-SBE website. Every repair has a unique number.
  2. Print out the form and send it along with your device. If the device is no longer under warranty we ask that you also include proof of purchase (copy of the invoice).
  3. Our logistics partner will collect the device at your place of work, carry out the necessary repairs and return your device.

Where can I check the status of my repair?

You can track your repair step by step by entering the repair code, the IMEI number, the brand or the reference of your device.
